I'm so lazy when it comes to The Real World

For whatever reason, I've waited almost a week, A WEEK, to post about the latest episode of the Real World. To my credit, I've been really busy with work, and the Sims. Mostly the Sims.

If you remember from my last recap, we were all really afraid that Mckenzie was going to get raped this episode. And NOBODY likes rape. As you know, it is constantly Mardi Gras in New Orleans and that means people are always drunk. Since it's Mardi Gras, the house mates get invited to this party for old people, because drunk, old people aren't the rapiest people when it comes to cute 21 year old Florida girls. As happens in every episode, Mckenzie gets REALLLY drunk and REALLLY stupid. This old guy starts hitting on her and she's too drunk and stupid to realize "He's like 40!" according to one of her fellow housemates. They convince her not to go with this creepy old guy and all is well again. OR SO YOU THOUGHT! Last week, Ashlee and Preston started working for a local radio station. Their job was to go around parades and parties and talk to people about Mardi Gras and the Super Bowl (Sports!). They already screwed up once with FORGETTING TO RECORD EVERYTHING when they interviewed people at the parades. It's okay, they were new and didn't fully understand the equipment (tape recorder). It's not like they lost the thing. At the party with all the old people they interview the old people. They remember to record and it all works out. When they get home they can't find the tape recorder. GREAT! They will surely lose their jobs this time, right? Nope. Their boss just says "It's Mardi Gras. Shit happens." Knight and Jemm "stupid-name" eye have been sexxin' it up all over the place. The only problem is that she is kinda-sorta dating this other guy back home. His name's Kody. He plays basketball for some college team. His team is going to be playing near New Orleans, so she and Ashlee go see his game. Before the game Jimmy has been debating weather or not she should go see him, or stay with Knight. Knight says he doesn't care if she goes. Eventually she decides to go. But you'll never guess what happens next! When she meets Kody after the game, she realizes she has stronger feelings for Knight!!! Yeah! Love Connection! Remember last season in D.C. when that one really hot girl and that black guy had the biggest sexual tension ever and after a while they finally slept together and then the rest of the house found their bickering really annoying? That was much more entertaining than this. But this is still pretty okay. Knight's a cool guy. Jemmy sucks, but that's okay.
